Why Me As
Your Personal Trainer?
As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Director for over 15 years, I am
credentialed by the most rigorous and credible organizations in the
fitness industry. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM),
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) & The American
Council on Exercise (ACE) embraces standards of research,
education and practice which assures that the highest levels
of Exercise Science are incorporated into personal training, health and
fitness.
Recent studies suggest that those trainers with
certifications from
The American College of Sports Medicine and The National Strength
and Conditioning Association are more knowledgeable about
Exercise Science as compared to trainers with less rigorous
credentials.
My philosophy is that regular,
individually tailored exercise programs should meet your

strength training with functional exercise utilizing fit balls,
medicine balls, bands and balance boards.
