  • In Studio Personal Instruction: $65 Per Session (1 Hour)

  • 8 sessions initial agreement is required.

  • Online Coaching $130 per month, minimum 2 months required

  • Home Gym Consultation $85 Per Hour, minimum of 2 hours agreement required

  • ACE Exam Prep $45 Per Hour, minimum 2 hours agreement required

  • Practical Training $75 Per Hour, minimum 2 hours agreement required
